love frome
hate litter? grab a picker!
Through the River Vision Project, we have created and installed a permanent litter picking station outside Frome Library to help keep the surrounding area clean and prevent litter ending up in the river!
Litter picking is at your own risk but please be careful of broken glass and other sharps, cars, dog mess and the river. Use the pickers and bags provided and stay safe!
Go the extra mile:
Separate recyclables and pop into your household recycling containers.
Report litter, broken glass and needles
Report an overflowing bin:
Frome Town Council (parks/green spaces) – 01373 465757
Somerset Council (all other bins) – 0300 123 2224/ online form
Bag it and (hash) tag it:
#lovefrome
Tag us - @fromefamiliesforthefuture and grab yourself a reusable litter picking bag made from an old tent (handmade by the FFFF gang!)
Join us:
We, organise a monthly litter pick, reach out if you want to join us!
